Rewiring our anxious brain after covid Era? Is it possible?

Living with anxiety is not abnormal ,but what is abnormal is when it takes over your lives.

I had a client who was in a chronic state of anxiety ever since social media started posting covid precaution news. Social interaction phobia ,fear of contaminated surfaces made her run away from situations which could risk her of contracting covid. This finally resulted in loneliness, overthinking and constantly living with fear.

Anxiety which is normal occurs before an interview, an exam, before going to a doctor and off late before going to a crowdy place. In that fraction of the moment our body goes into a fight or flight mode which is also called the stress response. Now most of you now would resonate to being in such a situation where your body gets tensed with increased heart rate and respiration. This stimulates brain to activate the parasympathetic controlled relaxation response bringing us back to a normal state once we have completed the anticipated task. But when these symptoms are chronic it gets hard to get on in life. So I wanted to share light on how we could rewire our brain to feel less anxious post covid era .

Once you all get to know about the biology, believe it is not that hard to live a happier life. So lets talk about Neuroplasticity. Researchers have proven with imaging techniques that our brain can be changed depending on how we use it. I’m going to share few useful techniques to rewire your anxious brain ,live happily.
