Why ICO? Cryptotrend in 2018

An initial coin offering is similar in concept to an initial public offering (IPO), both a process in which companies raise capital, while an ICO is an investment that gives the investor a cryptocoin, more commonly known as a coin or a token in return for investment, which is quite different to the issuance of securities as is the case in an IPO investment.

In previous articles, we described how the crypto-currency and lock-up changed our life and why it will be in demand in the sphere of loans and lending. Today we will tell you, why ICO in our project is much more promising than IPO or other type of investment. The market of crypto currency is growing every day, new projects appear and the company’s capitalization, which is somehow connected with the crypto currency, is also growing.

For the quarter is the total funds raised by 412 projects whilst $3,145,410,005 was collected in the fourth quarter of 2017. Thus, there has been a 5% increase for the 1st quarter of 2018. The total amount of funds raised by ICOs in the past year was $6,184,529,460. Of the total amount of investments for the quarter, only the raised funds of rounds that completed/passed in 2018 were taken into account.
